Chr. Hansen has introduced BB-12 and LA-5 probiotics in dairy free versions, as well as two dairy free fermentation cultures for soy yogurt: YF-L01 DF and YF-S21 DF. The new cultures come in the direct vat set (DVS) packaging form.
